Excellent Stay in Prime Location
equipped kitchen comfy bed
The studio had a well-equipped kitchen. It featured a coffee machine and tea kettle. Complimentary tea, coffee capsules, and water were also available. I liked the keyless entry using a code. there was a safe box. The beds were very comfy and everything was clean.
I booked an apartment with a balcony. I received a ground-floor roomwith a terrace, not a balcony. I was disappointed.

The building has safe, gated parking and charging is available. A real bonus so close to the city center. The hotel includes elevators and stairs for accessing the floors.

I appreciated the friendly receptionist. She was humorous and helpful. The manager provided a bottle of champagne. This celebrated my 20th wedding anniversary.

i found easy parking a plus. communication with reception was good. the short walk to gros beach and nearby restaurants suited me well.

excellent stay near zurriola beach
secure parking friendly environment
the apartment was clean and well equipped i found the location great as it was close to the beach. secure parking was a definite plus for me as i had a car, dog friendly was a bonus.
i booked an apartment with a balcony and received a ground floor room. it had a terrace not a balcony, it was quite disappointing.

i found the staff helpful. the apartment's location allowed easy access to the beach. the apartment included a kitchen, fully equipped for preparing meals.
We encountered problems connecting to the heating. there was only one blanket provided. the sofa bed did not meet expectations. We had to put the mattress on the floor.

The location was very quiet. Bed sheets and towels were very good quality. Alba was very helpful. Parking was secure and dog friendly.
The reception desk had very limited hours, so I was unable to discuss an issue when I stayed.
